Loving Community

​

The church of St Pancras has been here for over 500 years. Pennycross, Honicknowle and Manadon have changed rapidly during that time, especially during the last few years. Whether you've lived in the area for generations or are just moving in, you're welcome to join in the activities at the Church Centre or to find out more about other things that are happening in our area.  

​

At the Church Centre we usually host baby and toddler groups, knitting groups, parenting and cooking courses, community meals and much more.  During COVID-19 we also worked together with Provide Devon to supply weekly food hampers to local families. More recently we introduced our Community Larder, which runs every Wednesday.  We also provide support our local schools and care homes with practical and spiritual care.

You might also be interested in Christian baptism for yourself or for your children, or you may be wanting to find a local church to get married in - we'd be glad to talk to you further.

We also have a wonderful Church Hall and Cafe Space, which groups and individuals are welcome to hire for events, parties, community groups and other special occasions.
