Two Holiday Club Activity Days
At St. Pancras Church
Honicknowle Lane
Plymouth


Monday 30th July and Tuesday 28th August 2018
9am - 5pm


We are running two Holiday Club days this Summer and would like to invite all Primary
School children (aged 5-11 years) to join us!


The Club will run at St. Pancras Church and Hall with afternoon activities at the YMCA. Both
of these locations are in Honicknowle Lane, Pennycross.


The two days will follow the same programme with activities, crafts, games, challenges,
refreshments and a Bible story. The timetable for each day will be as follows:


30th July and 28th August 2018 (children attend for the whole day):
9:00 - 12:00 Registration and Morning Session (crafts, games, challenges etc.)
12:00- 13:00 Lunch (Sandwiches, fruit and drinks will be provided)
13:00- 15:00 Afternoon activities at the YMCA (to include games and rock climbing)
15:00-16:00 Final session in Church
16:00-17:00 Barbecue (families are invited to join us)


The cost for each child is £6 per day which covers the cost of all activities, materials and food.
Registration will take place in the cafe at the church centre from 9am each day. The cafe can
be accessed through the church car park from Honicknowle Lane.


All staff and adult volunteers who have direct contact with the children will have undergone a
check with the Disclosures and Barring service (DBS check). The children will walk between
the Church and YMCA under close supervision for the afternoon session.


If you would like your child / children to attend our TeamBuilders Holiday Club, please
complete the Team Builders 2018 Consent Form (one per child) and return it with full payment
(Cheques payable to “St. Pancras Church”) to a member of staff or to the Church office at
St. Pancras Church, Honicknowle Lane, PL2 3QT. Please do not send cash by post.
